I got to thinking about it, and i realized that the car is the perfect place for intimacy. It’s like the intimacy machine. I bet that most love is realized in cars. Think about it..
Being in someone’s car is almost like being in their room.. but better
You have music. Sharing your ipod with someone is basically like sharing your soul with someone. You create a mood with that.
You are in a closed in space. It’s personal, yet it’s not suffocating. There are windows all around you, so you are able to look out into this world that you’re both a part of, the world that you are both sharing your perspectives on in that moment.
You also have this ability to go anywhere in an instant, if both of your energies comply. The ability to act on your impulses. Even if it’s not used, having it available can just charge you somehow.
I think we should all just give a thank you to cars in general. They give you more than you may realize. Who knows.. your life may have begun in one;)
